Park in Venezia take the flyover, and keep going straight until you arrive in Venice, here the parking is more expensive but if you have to use the car it is more practical

From the exit of the Motorway A27 Udine - Trieste - Venezia; after you have paid the toll, follow the Tangenziale (bypass) direction Venezia and take the 4th exit Venezia, be careful: it is the last before the motorway A4, Then follow the direction Venezia

Coming from Ravenna - Chioggia : you'll find a big roundabout (after the mall centre Metro and Panorama), take a right after the Holiday Inn and you will be in Palladio Street which runs close to the railway. At the end of this street there is a flyover. Then either
Park in Mestre: turn left and parking the car at Mestre Train Station and then reach Venice by train (it takes 10 min.), bus or taxi or
Park in Venezia take the flyover, and keep going straight until you arrive in Venice, here the parking is more expensive but if you have to use the car it is more practical


Parking in Mestre: park your car in one of the streets close to the train station of Mestre or park in front of the Train Station in “Parcheggio Serenissima” from there, you can reach Venice by train (one every 10 minutes approximately; cost 1 €), or by bus ( No.2 direction Piazzale Roma, one every 10 minutes approximately; cost 1 €) or take a taxi ( approximately 20 €)

Parking in Via Righi: At the flyover of Palladio Street keep going straight and after traffic lights (1 mile) immediately after a water canal (canale Brentella) take a right at the bus stop and zebra crossing: and you'll find the entrance of carpark (cost app.tly 6 € per day). After you've parked, go back to the bus stop on the main road (Via Righi) and get the No.2 bus to Venice

Parking in Venezia: After you've passed the main bridge that connects Venice to the main land (1 mile) get to the traffic lights: if you go right you find the Parking of TRONCHETTO and if you go straight you arrive in Piazzale Roma the very last spot where you can drive a car in Venice, here there is some parking where you can leave the car ( from 18 to 24 € per day).

By Boat: get the boat No. 1 direction Lido and get off at the stop Ca d'oro (5th stop).

On Foot: if you want to walk from Piazzale Roma: we have to start saying that walking from Piazzale Roma to our B&B is reasonable only if your luggage is not too heavy because the journey takes aprox. 15/20 minutes.
Anyway if you make this decision keep as a reference point the boat stop of line 1 of the Vaporetto : you are in the Fondamenta Santa Chiara that faces the Canal Grande, keep walking towards the train station (you will have to cross other 2 bridges) until you find a big bridge Ponte Degli Scalzi that crosses the Canal Grande, cross this and take a right into Rio terà Lista di Spagna at the end of which you'll find Campo (square) San Geremia. Cross this square and keep walking toward Ponte delle Guglie (a bridge with large steps), cross it and go always straight for Rio Terà San Leaonardo until you'll find another bridge, cross this bridge and enter Via Vittorio Emanuele. Keep going , you'll enter Strada Nuova: cross two other bridges and after 150 meters turn left into Ramo di Ca d'oro at the end of which you will see the restaurant Trattoria Ca' D'oro Alla Vedova, you'll have to turn left in Calle Del Pistor and then get the first right Calle Zotti: and on the right. Number 3904/A :you're at the B&B AL SAOR !!

By Boat: just out of the train station, get the boat No. 1 direction Lido and get off at the stop Ca d'Oro (4th stop).

By Boat: (The journey takes 30 minutes; 5 € for the Ticket each person and large piece of luggage) get the boat No.52 (direction ferrovia) and get off at the stop Ferrovia, with the same ticket get the Boat No.1 direction Lido and get off at the stop Ca d'oro (4th stop).

On foot: (The journey takes aprox 10 minutes), once off the boat turn right and keep going straight (Fondamente Nuove), cross a big bridge and take the first turning on your left into Salizada degli Specchieri, at the end you will find a square Campo dei Gesuiti, you have to cross the square and at the end before the bridge turn right and get Fondamenta Zen, at the end of the Fondamenta, turn left and cross a little bridge entering in Ramo Molìn, go to the end of the street, turn left into Calle San Felice, take the second street on your left which is Calle Zotti, on the right side of the street you will find our B&B. (Cannaregio 3904/A).
